These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 345min ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 345min website located at https://345min.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered therein.

By accessing the 345min platform, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

345min is an English-language online betting information and platform site. All content is provided in English and is targeted at adult users who are of legal age in their jurisdiction to access gambling services. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on 345min, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to your account, whichever is greater.
• You are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform terminated for breach of these Terms or any related policy.
• You are not, and will not be, using the Platform for any fraudulent, money laundering or otherwise unlawful purpose.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Being of legal age does not, in itself, make online gambling lawful in every jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are specifically reminded that local gambling laws may impose restrictions beyond age requirements. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local laws.

Each eligible User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and permanent ban from the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You undertake to update your registered details promptly should any information change after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 345min customer support immediately.

345min reserves the right to verify the identity of any Account holder at any stage. KYC documentation — which may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method — may be required before deposits, withdrawals or continued account access are permitted.

Access to the Platform is granted on a personal, non-transferable, revocable basis. You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Commercial use of the Platform, including operating betting syndicates, reselling odds data or using the Platform as part of a business enterprise, is strictly prohibited without express written consent from 345min.

The Platform, including all software, content, odds, data feeds, graphics, trademarks and other materials, is the exclusive property of 345min or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, deep link or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

By using the Platform you agree that you will not:

• Use any automated software, bot, spider, crawler or similar tool to access, monitor or extract data from the Platform;
• Attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security mechanism, encryption or access control on the Platform;
• Upload, transmit or distribute any malicious code, virus, Trojan or other harmful software;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overburden or impair the Platform's infrastructure or adversely affect other Users;
• Engage in any conduct that violates applicable law, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or identity theft.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in accordance with the cashier methods available in your account at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. References to payment methods familiar in Pakistan — including mobile wallet services, bank transfer services and payment apps — are provided for contextual familiarity only. Such references do not constitute endorsement of gambling by any named payment provider, nor do they guarantee availability of any specific payment method for your account.

Funds deposited into your 345min Account must be used for genuine betting activity. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful wagering activity may be treated as suspicious and subject to AML review, which could result in suspension of withdrawal processing pending investigation.

All withdrawals are subject to full KYC verification prior to processing. 345min reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposit — before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times will vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of verification checks.

345min will not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

From time to time, 345min may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions or other incentives to registered Users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Key principles governing all bonuses and promotions on 345min include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Person: Promotions are available once per eligible User, household, device and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Eligibility Conditions: Certain promotions may require a minimum qualifying deposit, minimum odds on bet selections, or betting on specific sports markets (e.g., Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments or other featured events).
• Misuse: Any attempt to abuse promotions — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, multi-accounting or exploiting system errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

345min reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-offer, affected Users will be notified and bonus funds already credited under that offer will not be retrospectively removed unless abuse is identified.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to 345min's betting rules as published in the Rules section of your Account. The following general principles apply to all betting activity:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless expressly permitted under specific market rules.
• All pre-match bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In-play (live) bets are placed at the odds available at the moment the bet is accepted by the system, which may differ from the odds displayed during input due to rapid market movement.
• 345min reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: an error in odds pricing has occurred; the result of an event was known at the time of betting; the bet forms part of a coordinated pattern suggesting advantage play or arbitrage; or the bet is placed on a market that has been suspended.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, ICC for international fixtures) shall be the primary reference. 345min's decision on dispute resolution is final subject to applicable regulatory appeal procedures.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed within the relevant market and will be enforced at settlement regardless of the potential return calculated at the time of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 345min Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 345min reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Account, void affected bets and forfeit any associated balances:

• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, by the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through low-risk hedging, round-tripping of funds or coordinated betting designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine engagement with the markets.
• Arbitrage & Matched Betting: Systematic placement of bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, exploiting price discrepancies between markets or between bonus terms and live markets.
• Use of Automated Systems: Placing bets using any automated software, bot, algorithm or programme without express written permission from 345min.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players — in casino games, poker rooms or sports betting syndicates — to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Users.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person or making any fraudulent claim related to an Account or bet.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform as a mechanism to launder funds obtained through illegal activity.

Where prohibited conduct involves potential criminal activity, 345min reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

345min is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides all registered Users with access to the following responsible gambling controls, available directly within Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the net amount you can lose.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for a minimum period as defined in the operator's responsible gambling policy.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the 345min name, logo, trademarks, software, source code, databases, content, design, graphics, odds data, APIs and all other materials — are owned by or licensed to 345min. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any intellectual property of 345min or its licensors beyond the limited personal use rights expressly granted herein.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of 345min. Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to 345min may be used by us freely without compensation or attribution to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345min, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or data resulting from Platform downtime, system errors or technical failures;
• Losses arising from incorrect odds, pricing errors or bet settlement delays where such errors were promptly corrected upon discovery;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner;
• Any losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 345min makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily interrupt service availability.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 345min customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after settlement of open bets and deduction of any applicable bonus balance) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

345min reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• The Account holder fails to satisfy KYC or AML requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose 345min to legal, regulatory or reputational risk;
• The Account holder is found to be a minor, or to have provided false age information at registration;
• The Account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Platform's responsible gambling controls.

Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct, 345min reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Findings may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

345min reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users via email or a prominent in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's applicable license jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, transaction or account decision, you must first submit your complaint to 345min's customer support team in writing via the contact details provided in Section 16. We will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable timeframe and endeavour to resolve it promptly and fairly.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with 345min's support team, you may request escalation to the Platform's internal disputes resolution process. Where the operator holds a license with an independent regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body, unresolved disputes may be referred to that body as permitted under the applicable license terms.
